Before doing a Pilates or PortDeBras class, it is advisable to book one of the introductory lessons: Solo (1 person), Duet (2 people), Trio (3 people) or Pilates / PortDeBras class (4 people per class). 

Pilates-, PortDeBras in combination with a spiral dynamics session is aimed at people without health problems, pain or injuries. Alternatively, you can book an introduction to a solo, duet or trio session. 

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the introductory lesson so that the questionnaires can be completed in peace and you can enjoy the lesson afterwards. The courses are all only possible by reservation. 

Solo, duet and trio appointments are booked outside of the block times by arrangement. Please enter your preferred date in the online booking or call.

Please note:

  • All sessions last 55 minutes. 
  • PortDeBras classes are specially designed for small groups (min. 2 people to max. 4 people). 
  • Cancellations without fee must be made 24 hours in advance. All Monday sessions must be confirmed or canceled by 3:00 p.m. on Friday at the latest. 
  • Customers giving 24 hour notice can reschedule their missed session / class by joining another session / class within the validity of their subscription. 
  • There are no mandatory insurance industry reimbursements for workouts. However, please check with your insurance company. Upon request, we can provide confirmation letters for sessions attended and payments made.
