The Pilates introductory session consists of an assessment of posture, personal fitness, learning the basics of Pilates technique, but also refreshing your knowledge from existing Pilates experience. It is suitable for all fitness levels. At the end of the session, the customer's goals are discussed and an individual training plan is defined. After completing your introductory session, you can choose one of our membership options (ABO) or enjoy your individual Pilates sessions without a subscription and pay for each visit to us.

All Pilates equipment is based on springs, which creates the feeling of flowing and sliding through movement. This is very beneficial for a person's joints as well as someone with arthritis or osteoporosis. It's a great tool for body alignment and for people with scoliosis or muscular imbalances. The sessions are adapted to the individual fitness level, for beginners to advanced. Training with your own body weight on the mat is often a great challenge for beginners. This is exactly where Pilates equipment helps to build up strength.

For advanced customers, the challenge can be increased by increasing the range of motion with different variations in spring resistance and speed. It's designed for all needs and fun. Private sessions are ideal for clients with special considerations who are in pain or pain, are recovering from injury or pregnancy, or just prefer one-to-one classes. An individual exercise program is tailored to the needs of the customer. During the duet sessions, two participants with roughly the same fitness level enjoy a semi-private workout. During the trio sessions, three customers with roughly the same fitness level enjoy a workout together. Pilates Sessions on Mat Pilates Mat Class Sessions are specially designed for small groups that adapt to different fitness levels: beginners, intermediate, advanced (min. 4 people to max. 8 people). Mat Class Sessions are designed for people without any health problems, pain, or injury. Pilates mat classes consist of Pilates mat workouts using special tools to have fun and improve the quality of the exercises. If customers are interested in a Mat Class session on a specific day and time, we will be happy to plan and start a new Mat Class.
